“I cancelled my insurance, because I sold my car and They collected £75+ £90 fees charged in full.”

When cancelling a policy mid-term there are cancellation fee’s that you would incur for not finishing the policy year with us, these are outlined on our website and on the Terms & Conditions of the policy. “I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, pay the extra £200/300 the other company's are offering. This company will save you money initially but a month after you will be charged £400. I work for the post office as a driver and drive my car exactly the same as I do at work, I've always had good scores at work but apparently my breaking was too hard on wises telematic device. It's an absolute con and they should be ashamed taking money mainly off new and young drivers.”

“The best price on the market and the fitting of the black box has helped me become a better, safer driver. The monthly updates on my driving have been useful in making sure I take more care, and the notification(s) of reductions in my insurance premiums have been most welcome.”

“If I could rate 0 stars I would. Honestly the worst insurance company I’ve ever encountered. Staff are useless and they will do everything possible to scam you out your money. I asked them to cancel my claim at the end of the year after still paying for a car that was written off. They renewed my claim without my confirmation anyway and charged me £370 to cancel a claim again that I already asked them to cancel as it had gone into new year for a car that I don’t bloody have and they know this! Absolute SCAM! Don’t put yourself through the hassle.”

“Do not think your equipment is as accurate as you think and very quick to penalise pull people in with cheaper insurance and double it after a month we have to rely on your reading will be paying £75 to get out of contract poor customer services”
