“The box fitter was very stressed due to number of fittings. I was declined more time to get the right documentation for my NDS. Once this was rectified with 1 more NDS years than originally quoted my policy was 40% higher than the original quote. This was comfortably my most expensive policy in 5 years.”

“every thing went wrong with you... the communication system with your company in customer relationship does not work at all. although I have contacted you many times, you always claimed that I haven't. I ended up leaving your company, and paid far too much than you have quoted me at the beginning. I am not happy at all, and I do not recommend your company to any one, and I will never ever use your company...the tool that you provide is rubbish....”

“The device that I’m using for the car insurance is so vunerable you never know when it’s going to work or not. The app software constantly crashes! I’m most certainly come aug2018 will Not be renewing! When it says it’s recording your journeys and you go the dashboard in app and it shows the journey wasn’t recorded! It becomes so frustrating! I wish I could of turned back time because for the space of saving £10 extra a month I wish I had gone with the other insurer! The down fall is that you are sooo restricted to how you drive it’s almost like you have to become a robot every time you get in the driving seat!”

“Have been happy with communication etc so far, the only slight issue was when I first received the device to fit into the lighter port in the car and I found it was too long and sticks out which is prone to getting knocked. That and sometimes if I play music through my phone whilst it is on it turns off so I have to restart it straight away. But these are only minor problems. I would feel happy to recommend their service.”
