“Worst insurer I have ever been with. I will happily pay out double the price just to avoid ever using them again. I found their customer service to be a joke. After my fourth or fifth phone call requesting a particular insurance certificate that they had failed to send me (my girlfriend advised me this was illegal) I lost my temper. They then proceeded to laugh at over the phone. Poor customer service and an inability to do what’s required of them. Avoid like you would the bubonic plague.”

“People who works there are very confused, it looks like there are no communication between them. I have been insured with wise driving for the last 4/5years but last year I had to cancel it as I couldn’t handle the unprofessionalism from the workers. I think the company should take a look on the costumer service quality as it is very poor. Bruno”

“Avoid avoid AVOID I have a black box and I have always been 85% good driving then 4 months in the app started saying I was speeding and braking hard there is no difference in my driving at all and now they have MORE THAN doubled my monthly amount I have to pay to them DISGUSTING”
