Worst insurer I have ever been with. I will happily pay out double the price just to avoid ever using them again. I found their customer service to be a joke. After my fourth or fifth phone call requesting a particular insurance certificate that they had failed to send me (my girlfriend advised me this was illegal) I lost my temper. They then proceeded to laugh at over the phone. Poor customer service and an inability to do what’s required of them. Avoid like you would the bubonic plague.

Don't take this insurance. Fall no victim of their scam and again they employ racists as well

People who works there are very confused, it looks like there are no communication between them. I have been insured with wise driving for the last 4/5years but last year I had to cancel it as I couldn’t handle the unprofessionalism from the workers. I think the company should take a look on the costumer service quality as it is very poor. Bruno

Avoid avoid AVOID I have a black box and I have always been 85% good driving then 4 months in the app started saying I was speeding and braking hard there is no difference in my driving at all and now they have MORE THAN doubled my monthly amount I have to pay to them DISGUSTING

Good for first time drivers with lower budget cars. I tried to go another year with a newer car but they were no good

Hi George, We do apologise for the inconvenience. We are a broker and we work with a few different brands of insurance. We would hold you contact details on file if you have held a policy with one of the other brands we manage. The email was sent out due to a technical error. Avoid. My premiums were increased to nearly 2k after 1 year. Was able to get a fraction of the price with another provider.

I use 5 years long wisedriving. Year to year more expensive. If I change my surance company. I save 50 % off or less.
