Yes I have had money reimbursed but would rather pay the low amount first and if my driving is bad it goes up. Unless u will loose customers on the first prices shown

My first insurance , everything such as registration, portal , black box was easy to set up. Communication is good, always receive emails and didn’t need to hold for long when I made calls . I have a black box, due to my driving being good in the the first two months . I was refunded back some premium which reduced my monthly payment . So this was a bonus .

I think it’s a great idea to save money through good driving. But I feel like the driving tracker isn’t as accurate as it should be. My score keeps going down when I believe I’m driving perfectly fine, my score has never went back up but constantly drops I don’t seem why and maybe some information on that would be good!

When I changed vehicle on my insurance policy after an accident, it cost me £ 400. I will not recommend wise drive to anybody. Even the people on the phone were not of any help.

Really disappointed. I was late providing proof of no claims due to some confusion and now I am paying nearly double what I should be each month. I have tried to resolve this by email and get silence. I am cancelling my contract in the New Year.

Absolutely terrible customer service, sent out a telematic device that didn’t work and spent the next two months telling me it was my fault, issuing me with almost a letter every two weeks threatening to cancel my policy at my expense before finally accepting the box was faulty.

So far excellent insurance company been refunded nearly £200 of my insurance due to having a good driving score and they dont just instant ban you for going a few mph over the limit.
