“DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY! I did because quite frankly, I just wanted the cheapest cover I could find. Please do not be fooled. Firstly they send you an email link to your documents that you cant open, you then cant get hold of anybody that can help (usual story!) and then they left me uninsured at renewal because rather than email me as they had everything else, they decided to write to me at an old address. They really are useless but also completely unprofessional. Pay a bit more and use a High Street name. It will save you a lot of aggro!!!”

“Avoid at all costs...they take your deposit send your cover note and cancel your policy because you didn't disclose a stone chip claim. Then they send you an email you can't open which they charge a tenner for and you can't speak to a Manager to complain. Unprofessional fraudsters”
“When offered quote for car insurance acceptance agreed on figure, when i asked what cost would be on monthly payment was duly given the new figure decided to pay in one payment. I was then told ' Will have to rework the figures'. REWORK WHAT FIGURES ? ONE PAYMENT SHOULD MEAN ORIGINAL QUOTED FIGURE Would never nowingly deal with this company ever again”
“Stay away from this car insurer! Had to cancel a policy after 6 months and take the car was off road( SORN) ,the charges £144!!...£75! to cancel also a percentage of what I wouldn't be paying in future???!%!;% My yearly cost was only £318!! Doesn't make sense......just beware when using "cheap"quotes on go compare sites..and read the policy documents thoroughly before signing up”
