“They don't tell you it will cost you over £20 to ring them to cancel your policy and then they send you a bill for £100 after you have canceled it saying that we never did it because our credit run out after you have permission and details for it to be canceled what a disgrace”
“Not very helpful when wanted to change insurance to another car was very disappointed as had to go through another company and got charge for cancellation which was no fault of my own!!!!”
“As usual, you get what you pay for. Turns out that, aside from a cheap headline premium, I paid for a Company that rack up the call charges on an 0844 number and charge an additional £50 admin fee if I want to change my vehicle. Can't comment on what they'd be like if I actually had to claim but I suspect they'd be a nightmare. To call them the Ryanair of the insurance world would be insulting to Ryanair. I've told them I'm not impressed and won't be renewing (politely). They couldn't give a toss.”
