Why over a month and not 1package received from geek but things ordered from amazon from China were already received and the amazon stuff was ordered 2 weeks later. I am sick and tired of waiting but I am trying to have faith that I will get my orders. SOON. It shouldn’t take more than 5 weeks for something to come from anywhere in the world.

Have you checked with your local postal service to see if your item got lost in the mail? Also even if it didn't get lost in the mail as long as your delivery tracker in your app says it hasn't arrived you can get a full refund including the shipping charge in either geek cash witch us basically in store credits or you can wait for the slower refund to your original method of payment and if it arrives after payment you still get to keep the item

Hi order 4 dolls of Greek I payed 277.00 Euro for them as soon as the took my money I got a email saying this is not my account I have this account 4 years with them now I can't get my money back and no orders there look for Bank statement card as well don't buy from them
