I bought first an adidas 350 gloves, it ripped apart after less than half a year even though it's not a cheap glove and the seller said he could not take responsobility over them, and now I bought the geezersboxing pro elite gloves and had an agreement with the seller to send it without tax which he agreed to, and I got charged by double tax because of his shipping company, so he said I could reject it, which is fine, but a week later i find out that he never answered the shipping company mail about the return, and he wants me to pay for the return apperantly and I don't even know how much it costs since he never answered to the shipping company, so I could either accept the gloves or have them thrown to the trash and my money lost, all I want from him is a partial refund to make it all make sense a bit, I paid way too much for these!! Seller refused any kind of help, also the gloves quality of the pro elite isnt very good

I recently bought some boxing gloves from Geezers Boxing on Sunday and paid almost £10 for next day delivery. The order summary clearly stated that next day delivery was available if orders were made before 3pm. However, come Monday, my order had not arrived. I emailed their customer service to ask for a refund, only to be told that any orders placed over the weekend would not be dispatched until Monday due to the warehouse being closed over the weekend. They directed me to their FAQ page where this clause was buried at the bottom. I don't have the time to scour their entire website to determine if my delivery will arrive on time. They poorly advertise their delivery policies to force customers to pay extra fees without delivering the promised service. This crucial information should be made clear during the checkout process, and the next day delivery option should not be available on weekends. This experience felt like a scam. Do not order directly from Geezers Boxing—you're much better off using Amazon.

if I could give less than 1 star I would have, my experience has been horrible, and still not even been fully rectified, not gotten the product not gotten a refund, truly a grotesque experience

I have order trunks from other organizations and they are fast with great quality work. Your team does great work but your turn around period is very long one Boxing trunk.

I got the wrong head harness withouth the strap To make it the right size i live all the way in Sweden Im very disappointed. The head harness on the picture and this one ARE NOT THE SAME!

I am really disappointed with my order for my first order in your company. The device was delivered defective. One of the plugs of the electrical outlet is torn off. The device is unusable as is. Attached are the photos. We needed it for a boxing gala. Please let me know how to return another device in good condition. Thank you in advance for processing our request as soon as possible. Great delivery time however disappointed with the gloves previously baught cheaper gloves from yourself the same weight and brand that felt 10x better soon as I put them on, hoping the gloves get better with time but don't really want to wear them as they feel horrible compared to previous sparring gloves I just love the colour and I won't use any other brand as the last 2 pairs I had where perfect for me

Sent the wrong item and would not issue the correct item, until they received the wrong item they had sent me. I tried explaining that I would not receive the correct item by the time my holiday came round, but this did not change their stance. After many emails back and forth, the only thing they offered was a very partial refund. Not good service. I would advise people to think twice about using this company.

Hi I purchased a boxing shoes and don’t received them because the was delivered somewhere of course the charge my for tracked and sign delivery I report the issue to customer service and they said I need to wait 7 days for investigation Very poor communication they just want you moneys

Tutto perfetto, ma bisogna avvertire prima di trovare spiacevoli inconvenienti del tipo: 37€ aggiuntivi da pagare in più ai 120€ giá pagati per spedizione + Everlast élite 42eur black . Totale quindi 157€, dovete avvisare che ci sono così tante tasse doganali, se lo sapevo non le prendevo per questo dico così, sarete anche i migliori tra i siti che conosco ma non potete mettere una scarpa a 85£ e in fine farla pagare 157€ !!!

Really am in disbelief with this company, the website is awful my local kebab house has a better functioning website, my first order were some adidas gloves for £100 turned up ripped and damaged, second order Was a pair of rival gloves they turned up with lumps all over them like they’d been used on a bag, third and final order I had a fight booked in for Wednesday, Monday night I order a groin guard for next day delivery so it’s here in time for my fight, I get a tracking number the next day and everything is fine, later that day I get a call to say the groin guard I’ve paid for and received tracking for is now out of stock, now I have to pull out of my fight as I don’t have enough time to source another. I’ve never left a review online in my life but I couldn’t not when it comes to Geezers as the company are dreadful to say the least. Stay away really really bad company, use boxfit much better and way better customer service.

I ordered two aqua balls that came clearly damaged scratches all over them one arrived with a 2-inch gash which you could visibly see the bladder, I contacted geezersboxing about this matter both balls being in warranty the one with the 2 inch gash had just arrived and I just open the box and saw it immediately rang I was told to send photos I send photos of both items they said we spoken to aqua and this is normal,they sent an email to me saying that it was practically my fault as they don't know what I have been doing with them despite one being less than 10 minutes old I just literally opened the box and and seen the damage, both items were clearly used and they were not even the current generation very old stock, says on their website if products develop faults they would pay for for delivery back to them yet they're telling me to pay to have the item delivered back to them which would cost a huge amount they're basically box shifters I would avoid them like the plague buyer beware look elsewhere yeah and you will see similar reviews, I doubt most of the reviews on this site are from legitimate people please avoid this company
