“Stated delivery of my order , Missing all items ordered ? Rang to raise ,
4days and heard nothing , called back to raise not communication yet they cannot find any info of me reporting missing items I also orders a microwave of which I received yet it came damaged., arranged collection and also replacement,waited all day Thursday and no one came ,
Called George back and arranged another collection ,doubt that will happen . Asked to speak with a manager , conveniently the manager was not available, told she will call me back in an hour ,
My 3rd call in a week , doubt very much anything will get resolved or a manager will call me back ?
Apparently the lady I spoke with said George is a small company and only have one manager,
All a bit fraudulent , I’m not sure they even operate in the uk , think they need to train their staff before answering calls in custom services .”
“TWO weeks and still waiting for a present I ordered for my daughter. Says dispatch and no other information!? get auto email saying delayed will arrive in 3 days!?? No comms no way to talk to customer service criminal company. Just look at trust pilot reviews!? Awful company. all day the same as me need to sort out the supply chain automation.”
“Ordered a birthday gift for delivery on 29th August. On the morning it is due, they email saying it won't arrive on time and will take upto 3 days.
