“Everything is fine as long as you meet your payments. Miss £1 and you will never hear the end of it. They're not interested if you find yourself struggling, they will instead send you e.mails/texts 2 or 3 times in the one day urgently demanding your missed payment. God forbit anyone would fall on hard times now and again, lets hope they never find themselves in the same situation. They add to your stress by being overbearingly demanding. I would never use this company again as looking back over my payments I've paid nearly 50% again on interest plus a £800 set up fee. My fault for not reading the details fully. We live and learn as they say.”
