Go to Google App Store see the remarks for yourself from the "ftycampro app" for the SpyFocus camera's. There are no other apps that support these cameras. To bad because it doesn't work like SpyFocus say's they do. Plus it's NOT FREE!?!”

“I was disgusted with this company.I saw their ads which is really enticing plus they have a promotion.I just purchased 2 camtrix cameras just to try it if it really works as advertised besides I already have 6 cameras in my household so I don't need more.Upon checking out,their website is offering a Phillips sd card (which I don't need).I don't want to buy those sd cards BUT I can't go to the checkout page.I have to wait 30mins (that's what their website is offering) hoping that after 30mins I can checked out my items.But 30mins had gone by,the website won't allow me to go to the checkout page.So,what I did,I went back to their homepage hoping the sd card promotion will be gone.Same thing happen.After 30mins of waiting,i'm still stuck on that sd card page.I went back to the homepage and same thing happen.I gave up.I lose interest in buying those camtrix cameras.This morning,I went to check my bank account and was surprised that camtrix charges me THREE purchases which I was not able to checkout.I was doomed.It cost me almost $200 with those unchecked out items.I contacted paypal but I can't get hold of anybody thus I contacted camtrix.I want to cancel thise items that I didn't checkout but the csr told me that it's being shipped already thus I can not cancel them anymore.These blew off my steam.I began ranting and yapping and venting my frustrations until the csr told me that they will refund my 2 purchases (thanks God) but I have to return those 2 uncheckedout transactions BUT i have tonpay the shipping fee.Whaaaaattttttt????why will I pay a shipping fee with the items I didn't purchase??????This CAMTRIX company is a SCAM!!!!this is from china which even made me ANGRIER!!!!!!!”

“I purchased 3 cameras. The battery on cameras do not last even half an hour even after overnight charging. The mobile phone app is so tricky that it keeps popping up with big advertisement when you launch. I almost ended up paying someone for activation of cameras. The 'continue to app' link is so small when you launch the app that if you miss, you may pay someone you don't know.”
