“I ordered 1(one) camera at $39.99 and an additional (One) camera at $19.99 . I was charged for 4 cameras and a warranty at a cost of $147.88. I called to cancel and was told my information would be passed on and someone would contact me in 2 business days. In the meantime within 20 minutes I received an email saying my order has shipped and consequently I could not cancel the order. I contacted “Eve at Customer Support “ by email and have been contacting them for over a month to get my refund and a return label. I have been given countless excuses and promises for the refund. On three separate occasions they told me that my refund had been processed. The last contact I had I was told it would take 14 days to process the refund. Meanwhile the cameras sit unopened waiting for a response.”
