“They are scam artists. I backed out of an order; I never finalized it. I did this because I read the reviews and decided not to order them. They processed the order anyway. They don't respond to my request for a return lable and to be reimbursed for these items I didn't order. Please don't order from this company. I'm contacting the US AG office to make them aware.”
“I ordered one than within 30 seconds was offered another for $28. I added that and immediately checked my PayPal account and found they charged me for 4 more for $75. Immediately, less than 10 minutes after purchase I emailed company and told them I made a mistake and asked them to take additional cams off. They replied immediately and said warehouse had already shipped. I said bulls**t and told them I was complaining to PayPal. A few hours later can co support emailed me and said was already shipped and I couldn’t cancel. I was offered an additional 30 day warranty. I replied not interested. Hopefully PayPal gets me a refund. This company is a total scam.”

Go to Google App Store see the remarks for yourself from the "ftycampro app" for the SpyFocus camera's. There are no other apps that support these cameras. To bad because it doesn't work like SpyFocus say's they do. Plus it's NOT FREE!?!”

“I purchased 3 cameras. The battery on cameras do not last even half an hour even after overnight charging. The mobile phone app is so tricky that it keeps popping up with big advertisement when you launch. I almost ended up paying someone for activation of cameras. The 'continue to app' link is so small when you launch the app that if you miss, you may pay someone you don't know.”
