When I called customer service to inquire about the Phillips UHS-1-card. The customer service representative had the television up very loud in the background. I had to ask her to turn down the television so that we could continue our conversation, she hung up on me. I called back within minutes and spoke to another representative whom had dogs barking and alarm clocks going off. I had to inform both representatives how to conduct business while at home.
This is not how you run a business.”
“Terrible picture quality, took numerous attempts to connect it to my phone and certainly will not connect to the internet for remote viewing. Camtrix charge about four times what you can buy it for on Amazon. Charge only lasts a few minutes.
It is a complete waste of time and money. AVOID”

“I asked to cancel my order before it was shipped. They gave me 2 fake tracking numbers and said it was shipped. I filed a case with PayPal and asked this company for a return label. They said they couldn't until the PayPay case was closed. I closed it and now they ignore me. I'm certain that their warrenty is just as false as their word. Don't deal with crooks.”
“I shall never trust a company overseas again like GETCAMTRIX. I purchased like others and changed my mind straight away but Paypal who I reported to told me that the shipment was on its way. So I can't trust Paypal now. Anyway the four cameras I did receive but do not work on the Chinese platform of an app. A couple of hundred quid squandered there. That will teach me not to trust adverts. Getcamtrix trade through a dodgy company called Commerce Core UAB in Lithuania. Getcamtrix in the USA and directly import the cameras to you from China. Its a multi-national scam.”
“The camera will not connect to the app. Tech support will not answer the phone. When you call tech support you get put on hold for a nice long wait and then the system tells you all support people are busy helping others and you should send an email. When you send an email you get an auto reply saying they received your request but then you do not get any other reply.
In addition, when I ordered the cameras, I was charged a shipping and handling fee that was not mentioned before final bill and not explained in the final bill.
The end result is I have 4 cameras that do nothing. So now I need to go through the trouble of returning the cameras and requesting a refund. Given how unresponsibe Camtrix has been up to this point, I suspect I will need to dispute the charges with the help of my credit card company.
BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CAMTRIX! There are many other cameras out there.”
