"We visited the factory to see the beds in the showroom. We had the place to ourselves and were able to see the quality of the beds and the colours of wood available with our own eyes. We were kept updated with the progress of the building of our bed which arrived on the day planned. The bed is of very high quality. We were not disappointed. "

"Get Laid Beds to the rescue! \r\n\r\nAfter a nightmare experience with another company, where we were left sleeping on an air mattress on the floor for two months, Get Laid Beds came to the rescue, making and delivering our first bed within two weeks of placing the order.\r\n\r\nIt is surprisingly difficult to find a well-made wooden bed frame with the option of underbed storage drawers that roll out. Get Laid Beds' London bed is priced very reasonably considering the quality of the construction. We spent an evening after work building it all and were delighted with the result.\r\n\r\nThank you guys for providing the first major piece of furniture in our first house!"

"I am glad that I brought my bed from \u2018Get Laid Beds\u2019. \r\n\r\nThe frame is sturdy and strong and you can actually smell the wood (a good thing).\r\n\r\nThe delivery and assembly went well and the bed was placed in the right place without me having to say a word! \r\n\r\nI never thought that I would buy a \u2018freshly laid\u2019 bed, I always thought that I would by from a major retailer, but I needed one that \u2018reinforced\u2019 and wasn\u2019t particularly keen on a Divan. "

“Cy and Jay made my delivery and installation a dream - they communicated en route , arrived when they said they would , were efficient and so helpful . The bed is beautiful quality - Low Tokyo in walnut - I am so happy with how it looks. . “Fantastic! I am so impressed with this company. They were super helpful on the telephone whilst I was investigating their products and making my decision. All the staff I spoke to (I called several times!) were very knowledgeable and keen to assist. We had the bed delivered to Europe so this was an added complication but incredibly the bed arrived precisely on the day specified with no issues at all. The bed is well made and very sturdy. It was easy to put together and most important is incredibly comfortable. This was a really good investment and I would highly recommend Get Laid Beds.”

“We were so happy with the service from Get Laid Beds! It was easy to book a suitable delivery date, we were sent regular update emails and the bed was delivered early on the day we choose. It was packaged well so the item wasn't damaged. The instructions were clear and it was easy to ensemble. The material of the bed is of such good quality and there were some lovely small details like the logo being printed onto the bed slats. The finished product looks classy and of high quality. “Ordered a Summer 4 poster bed. Whole process from web ordering to self install was excellent. Really happy with the product. Needed to call customer support and they were extremely helpful. 7 boxes arrived on the exact time predicted and I built the bed in about 90 mins, including tea breaks. Note although it says 2 persons required I managed on my own and no swearing 🤣🤣 can’t recommend enough. Thank you Get Laid Beds!”

“So thrilled with our bed from Get Laid Beds. We have a very narrow staircase so when we ordered our bed the warehouse were instructed to pack the bed in to lots of small packages. I spoke to customer services a couple of times to discuss the difficulties of getting a new bed into our room of choice. They gave very helpful advice and had obviously come across similar issues before. When it arrived there was no stress getting it in to the room and it was super easy to put together. I loved how we could choose the wood we wanted for the bed and it goes in the room perfectly. The mattress we ordered is extremely comfortable and we feel like royalty sleeping in such a comfortable and beautiful bed. Highly recommend!”

“I LOVE this company! Cannot recommend them highly enough. I ordered the king sized low oriental bed in white with square legs and I honestly couldn't love it more! The website is great - all options are so clear, with plenty of photos & a brilliant 3D simulation so you can even see what the under side looks like. Ordering and arranging delivery was so easy - choose a delivery date that suits you. Contact from the company regarding delivery on the actual day was SUPERB - multiple updates of their estimated delivery time & you can actually track the van on a map. The 2 delivery guys were amazing - they carried the bits up 3 flights of stairs & into the desired room - and they were also just so friendly and helpful. Exceptional service :-) The bed was also partially built so putting together the remaining bits was simple. It looks beautiful, classy and sleek now its in position...and most importantly, I have slept like an angel ever since! It is strong and sturdy and I just love it! I'll probably come back and buy a 4-poster bed from here soon when we move into a bigger property!”

“I was expecting part built but was from scratch, the amount of pieces you get feels a little scary. Quick service from GLB from order to delivery. On the phone very helpful when you have questions. Delivery of the piece was ok but not amazing and not very helpful, they seemed rushed and did not explain anything at all. Product instructions could be a little easier for people to understand. Over all good service, and great produce end result”

“I bought a super king-size bed from GetLaidBeds. The slats in the bed are 183cm so 3cm bigger than they should be. I now have a gap between the side of a bed and the mattress. I never imagined that considering I paid 1000 pounds for the bed, it would not follow the standard sizing of 200cm x 180cm. When I complained using their online chat, I was offered no apology and instead was told that people don't complain to them about the size. Well here is your complaint. If I could give you zero for both your product and customer service, I would. Another letdown was that they were not offering assembly for the area I live in so we had to assemble ourselves. This wouldn't be a problem, as we normally assemble all our furniture ourselves. But this time, there were 2 sets of different slats, with no way of knowing which ones are for the bed and which ones are for under-bed storage. Their manual is useless and to this day I don't have the under-bed storage assembled. Platform Bed (No Headboard) - Bed Size: 6' - Super King - Type of Slat Base: Standard Slat Base - Fixed - Solid Bed Frame Finish: Solid Oak (Satin) - Style of Bed Legs: Tapered Modern Underbed Storage Box - Underbed Storage Box Size: Full Box (184 x 59cm) - Solid Finish: Solid Ash (Satin)”

“I bought my Low Loft Bed frame in Natural six months ago and I love it! It was delivered bang on time, even with all of the Covid-related delays with the post (I'm in Ireland). Assembly was super easy and I've even moved house once with it which was no problem as it is so light. I wanted a low-bed for a long time but the frames I saw were always super heavy. This one is simple, natural, and has its own style going on. Thank you very much Get Laid Beds!”
