“ Bed is very comfortable but assembly wasn't easy with unclear instructions and one piece was too short (was replaced within a week). Rush delivery was booked but not kept to. Delivery price was refunded. Though the stain is beautiful, a number of pieces are left untreated which makes the price feel a bit heavy. Customer service were good at sorting issues quickly. ”

Customer service kept up with me via email during the entire process from woodworking to the day it was delivered. There was a hiccup during the shipping process but it was through customs which is unavoidable.
