"Getting personal have not given me a refund for a faulty item, over 14 days have passed. I have escalated this issue to PayPal. \n\nGetting personal have told me they will not refund me unless I resolve the case... with no guarantee of refund. \n\nFollowing PayPal advice, I have not accepted this and communicated this to the company. \n\nI have been told that the customer service team does not help or knows anyone who will help. \n\nI wish I had never bought from such company. Initially polite, even when I had forgot about my discount code and queried a full price refund. Now unhelpful. \n\nStill no hope of a refund but so thankful I have PayPal protection (which I do not if I click resolve). Be very cautious!!! "
