“ They eventually gave me a full refund however they refused to actually give it back to my credit card and instead of keeping it as a gift card balance as if I would ever use this service again. ”

In reality, the trip involves coach/vehicle transport, and the boat is only part of the experience. GetYourGuide refused a refund and hid behind the cancellation policy, even though the headline is misleading. I would not have booked this if it had been honestly described. Read every detail carefully before buying. ”

Avoid at all costs. ”
