Despite continuous assurances to me that they would do what I wanted, they did not do so. I was unhappy with their services. I asked for my money back. They delayed and delayed trying to talk me out of firing them. Despite weeks of requests to return my money to date they have not returned my money. If I could I would give them negative stars.”
“Pretty much everything from the beginning to the end. They did such a poor job editing I had to hire another editor. Then they left out about 5 chapters.
They were also supposed to do the cover art. Repeatedly I would explain what I needed, and repeatedly they would do something else. Not just something else but something nonsensical. They never did get the cover art done correctly for the hardback cover. I finally just gave up on them.”
