“The personalised bucket hat I ordered was on the small side. Emma in customer services immediately ordered me a larger sized free of charge replacement. The quality of the hat is fantastic. The customer service was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend and use again Gift Moments. A very happy customer”

“I ordered a wine box and had it engraved for my friends 60th birthday party. It is really nice and I am sure she will love it. If I had one gripe, it's that it's not wide enough to hold a bottle if champagne, but that's probably down to me for not checking the measurements.”
