“Purchased the Newcastle pennant necklace my son put it on fire thing on his birthday, the next morning we noticed the Newcastle pennant had already detached from the necklace and went missing. Wouldn’t recommend”

“thought i was buying a set of earrings and said earrings in description and not just earring. Paid £10 for next day delivery and only one earring in box. Daughters birthday present ruined and out £10 for delivery. need to up date descriptions. Joke!”

“Ordered a personalised wallet, could hardly see the writing they sent a replacement which wasn’t much better had to go over it with a gold pen so the writing showed up !”

“Ordered my secret santa from this site two weeks in advance. It didn't arrive when it said it would so I emailed customer service. They told me because of the busy deliveries near Christmas that it had been delayed. I had to chase for this as I'd had no update. It eventually arrived three days after emailing but I had already brought something else to replace it. Poor service so will not use again”
