“The gift set looks lovely but the engraving could have been bigger and more spaced out. It doesn’t look as good as I though it would which is a shame”

“The cutlery comes in an incredibly cheap box - the inside is black which comes off onto the cutlery. Our book was printed Badly, a lot of blank pages and half printed pages. Upon compliant they reprint and reissued for free but good have been quicker”

“Not the best finish. Had an imprint from what looked like the sterling silver from the bottom of another piece of cutlery. I had to give it as the present as personalised and no time to send it back in time for bday. Also the box it came in was all falling apart on the inside so had to go on and buy another box to make it look presentable.”
