“We visited the store recently where they have a great choice of instruments.. The staff (particularly Alex) were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to purchase and they were happy to let us try as many guitars, basses and amps as we wanted. It made choosing relaxed and enjoyable and felt we got a great deal with our purchases. If you get a chance to visit the store, I am sure it would be worth it but if you are only able to buy online, if their customer service is half as good as in person then you'll have a great online shopping experience. I felt that they wanted us to be completely happy with what we had bought and will definitely be buying from them in the future.”

“I sent Musicman Luke to Gig Gear to have a Roland GK3 kit professionaly installed by Barrie Palmer, Barrie then called me when he received the guitar to tell me where he was going to place the components and what was involved. In less than a week the guitar was sent back to me and the installation was flawless it is better than a factory installation I am so happy with it. The service from Gig Gear was first class from start to finish and i will be using them in the future. Darren Dean.”

“I recently bought a Line 6 Spider IV 15. It is an exceptional piece of equipment with a brilliant sound at all levels of drive. I've also purchased an FBV2 channel selector. However, due to some complications with the courier service, I'm still waiting for that to be delivered.”

“Placed an order for my friends birthday present. It came really quickly and promptly. Emailed giggear to see when delivery would be. They replied straight away and I received delivery exactly as they said. Goods arrived very securely packed and my friend will be thrilled. Definitely use again.”
