“Fantastic service. My 15 year old daughter wanted a new guitar and Rob spent almost 2 hours with her showing her several guitars. I think she made the right choice in the end. pricing was also competitive.”

“What can I say line 6 has done it again fantastic bit of kit was like a kid in a sweet shop all the different tones and sounds you can play with and when you buy ex 1 pedal to go with it you get more control and the service from giggear fantastic.”

“Had my Fender Thin line Telecaster set up by the guitar technician. Superb job done and well worth the money. Great shop to visit - extremely friendly staff who booked the guitar in and rang me later that day to say it was ready. Will definitely be using them again.”

“I'm a bass player and use the shop very regularly (too regularly, if you were to ask my wallet). Great service from the staff. I almost feel like part of the team now. There's never any pressure to have to buy gear, and they can recommend whatever it is you are looking for and don't mind customers trying gear.”

“I purchased a Left Handed Steinberger Spirit from GigGear (the last one in the UK :) ). I also managed to find a £20 off promotional code, which made the deal a 'no brainer. The guitar arrived the next day, was well packaged, complete and in excellent condition. The Steinberger is an incredible instrument, that has quickly become one of my most played instruments. Very pleased with the service from GigGear, cheers.”

“The knowledge and helpfullness of the staff at GigGear has always been of a very high standard. If you're not sure about something, they don't assume you are an instrument/music expert and make you feel stupid for not knowing something. Also, the range of instruments/peripherals they have in stock is fantastic. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.”

“As usual all members of staff were very helpful and friendly, I bought 2 T C Electronics pedals at a reduced price. However, they will always try to match a Competitors price if they can. I cannot recommend them highly enough and it is good that there is such an excellent and well stocked Music store within easy reach that supplies such a friendly and a nothing is too much trouble service. I will continue to support this local shop, as nowdays such good service is hard to find.”
