“A awesome service. Rang to get details of 2nd hand guitar and assistant fetched and gave detailed description. He described 14 day no quibble guarantee and even pointed me in the direction of the offers part of the website which got me £20 off. When the guitar arrived it was in pristine condition and brilliantly set up. It is like a new guitar! I cannot fault the GigGear service - well done!!”

“I came into GigGear looking to get new pickups fitted for my Fender Electro Acoustic. Rob was really helpful in talking me through what I wanted and helping me find the right product for my needs and the work was completed much quicker than anticipated. Also got my guitar nicely cleaned and had the truss rod adjusted in the bargain.”

“I was testing out a Roland juno ds and was given unlimited access over a two day period. It was nice to be left alone to explore the machine with no hard sell just informative advice on request. Subsequently, I purchased the keyboard along with a microphone and monitor speakers, which matched all online prices with the added essential advice. The whole experience was exemplary and I was delighted with the after sales care - a glowing recommendation, I wouldn't use anywhere else.”
