“Viewed a limited edition SG on ebay and couldn't decide wether to buy it so I called the store to get some more information. Spoke to a really gregarious and helpful guy who not only persuaded me to buy the guitar but told me to buy it via the website as they had a £20 online discount running ! Guitar was delivered for free next working day - fantastic service and I love the guitar . Thanks a million .”

“I ordered a guitar on GigGear and recieved it the next day. After a few days decided it was,nt for me so i sent it back and recieved a full, no quibble refund. I have since ordered another guitar and recieved it just as promptly as the first and it is a great instrument. All in all a great service, thank you.”

“As an absolute beginner to guitar playing the purchase of a new electric guitar was daunting. However, the staff at GigGear spent a lot of time explaining and giving advice to help make the choice a lot easier. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the instruments and the various models available. They could also demonstrate them to help with the decision. The help does not end at the point of purchase as the staff are always there to support you with after sales service and general advice. All good reasons to buy locally and support your musical retailer.”
