“In store and online GigGear have been great. When you visit them the staff are helpful, and knowledgeable. Almost as importantly they are patient and happy for you to explore the store, and play that guitar one last time. I think they know some decisions can't be rushed, especially with some of the more expensive items. They have a good stock and an excellent range which you could spend hours have a mooch around. Their website is easy to navigate and they dispatch your order pretty sharpish, well packaged too. All in all damn good. So much so that I have had to start rationing myself a little better, as I appear to buy something every week.”

“As usual really helpful and friendly staff especially Rob who is always cheerful and unlike other guitar shops they are never pushy. Would always use Gig Gear as first choice and the Taylor acoustic I bought is amazing. Can't recommend Gig Gear and Rob enough first class as usual.”
