“Gear arrived on day of delivery & text for delivery time .which was delivered ahead of time. Very good considering I ordered late Friday around midnight .first time using gig Gear company shall definitely use again in future highly recommend thanks”

“The perfect guitar shop experience! Knowledgeable staff, but more importantly, passionate and understanding of what a guitarist is looking for. Happy to put many guitars in my hands and understanding of my reasons for rejecting them! I felt that by the time I left, they really understood what I was looking for, and I wasn't sure myself when I walked in! Both Robs made a few hours a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I will definitely return and may even buy something I don't need!”

“I bought an amp off you back in April and being the other side of the country in South Wales, thought it would be at least a week before I received it. But from when I spoke to 1 of your members of staff for whom was very helpful and who give me great advice and 5 days later received my order. I would definitely buy from giggear again and I have already passed your details onto mates of mine. I definitely look forward to purchasing goods with you soon again. Thank you very very much.”

“Over the recent years I have bought all my musical equipment from GigGear as I have always found the staff friendly, informed, and the product prices competitive. It was therefore no surprise to me that for my latest purchase (Blackstar ID Core 150) I was given advise on different amplifier options available and ample time to try them out in the shop. There was no hard sell just a desire to assist in helping me to decide the best amp for my needs.”
