“The team in GigGear is always very helpful and friendly and have good knowledge about all of their products and services. The shop has always got a massive amount of stock available at all times or if not, they will very quickly order in products that are not readily available. I would definitely recommend them as the number one music store in the area.”

“Today on my visit i was greated at the door and was seen to straight away. I originally was visiting due to my bass been being broken but due to discussion which was very helpful and beneficial i was lead in a better direction which saved me money. I ended up buying a new bass which is better than the one i started off with. All the guys were helpful and made the whole process better and easier for me. I was able to try out the bass before buying and they were easy to talk too and not to mention they were pretty funny guys. Definitely the service i would like to receive and i would be coming back for anything else which is needed.”

“I ordered the Makayla MK-T Tenor Ukulele from GigGear recently along with a Bass Guitar + Amp a few years ago that the name escapes me, anywho, GigGear has delivered without fail both times with very fast delivery times and packaging that doesn't go overkill with unnecessary baggage, helping unboxing and environmental aspects while still protecting the instrument well.”
