“I needed a trem bar for a squire strat. Didn't realise there are different threads. Young man at Giggear brought out a box of at least 100 bars. Non fit. So went out back and came back with a dusty Fender poly bag. Boom! Got it!. Couldn't have been more helpful. Its the small things that makes a service great. Thank you Giggear.”

“I wanted a guitar upgrade, and I was very specific about it. Took in my two favourites and explained that I wouldn't buy unless I found something to beat them both. Came home with a Taylor 210e DLX and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Am also fussy about strings and setup. The setup was fine on this guitar (user friendly action from the start) but I requested a string change which I was given as part of the package. Thanks, folks!”
