“After looking around my home town (Cambridgeshire) for guitars, I decided to take a drive to Harlow to visit GigGear. After a quick demo and a play, I purchased the most beautiful Faith Acoustic, I couldn't wish for a better sound or look and feel. I also fell in love with the Boss VE-8 Acoustic Singer pedal whilst testing the set up in the shop (If it wasn't set up, i wouldn't have considered it! Nice job) After purchasing the guitar and putting it in my car, i couldn't leave without the pedal so walked back in and got that too. Will definitely be returning to GigGear!”

“Always helpful, patient, friendly staff. Cool that i come in here several times anmonth, but have never spent more than 80 quid, and they still seem happy to see me. They're also very patient with my 4-year-old daughter, who likes to touch and play with everything!”

“Received an excellent service from GigGear...my wife mistakenly ordered a ukulele that was not in stock and received a very quick refund on the payment. A couple of days later I had a query about a different ukulele for myself and this was responded to in about 3 minutes! When I put in the order for said ukulele the next day (which was also very competitively priced on GigGear), it was marked as dispatched in just over half an hour! It was then delivered the next morning, about 24 hrs after it had been ordered. An all round excellent service, that I couldn't recommend highly enough!”
