“I wish I could remember the names of your staff because they are just wonderful. On occasion a music store can give off a vibe wear people feel restricted or somehow guilty for lacking knowledge or ability and what your store does for me is provide all sorts of folk the environment they need to get what they need, regardless of their ability, age or whatever. I frequently watch kids churning out the Nivarna-esque classics with not a care in the world and in depth conversations going on with parents about genuinely what they should buy to give their kids the best start or vitally, folk who have been happily been playing for years getting just the right advice on kit or whatever, without a hard sell. For me, once again I came in interested in a bit of gear - this time a loop pedal. All my questions were answered even tho I knew bugger all and I left happy, confident in what I'd purchased and sure that I could come back with silly questions anytime. Thanks again. Colin.”
