“Going backwards and forwards with this company about a renewal. We were then told 11 hours after the renewal we were not insured!
As a business it is paramount that you are insured and Giles Insurance clearly do NOT look after its customers leaving your business unable to trade or illegally.
We would NOT recommend this business whatsoever and warn people to go elsewhere.”
