I order an arrangement for a friend not only was it delivered a week early from the date I chose on your website. It was left in the pouring rain. Once the recipient open the cartoon the Glam Fluer box was pristine so she opened it and it was EMPTY!!! Yes EMPTY not a rose in the box. I'm getting no where with your company. How are you going to make this right? It was a special occasion for a very dear friend.
