“Whether due to a technical error or a user error I unwittingly made two orders for the same items which became immediately evident from the automated e-mail confirmations of the orders. I subsequently made an e-mail request for the cancellation of one of the orders and this was done by a member of staff at the Glasgow 2014 shop within minutes of receiving my request. The parcel of order goods arrived within 3 or 4 days. I received a very good service from Glasgow 2014 Shop.”

“I understand that you probably don't have as many staff servicing orders now as when the Games were on, but delivery of my order was incredibly slow compared to other online retailers. We attended the Games so I knew the quality if the merchandise and it was great to buy at a discount, but you'll need to speed up if people are buying for Xmas pressies.”

“Disappointed when one of the three items that I initially ordered (& which were all supposedly in stock) turned out to be unavailable. This delay then meant that my choice for a replacement item was limited. However, at least I did manage to get something else. Delivery time good.”

“Ordered some bits and pieces for my friend, who is Scottish. I did attend the Glasgow games and did find the official shops there very, very expensive. So, was very pleased to have purchased this at a very very discounted rate. Fab experience, thank you.”

“Really wanted the scarf and on the back of that ordered 2 t-shirts. However, after a few days of placing the order received an e-mail to say that the scarf was out of stock. Very disappointed as the cost of delivery is about reasonable for 3 items but expensive for 2 t-shirts. Wouldn't have ordered if it was just for the t-shirts.”

“I ordered 3 items, 2 of which have been received, but was very disappointed to receive an email saying my 3rd item was in fact out of stock and no more would be available (even though the ordering site said it was in stock). I cannot complain too much as it was a sale item, just gutted as it was going to be a brilliant xmas present for my child, hence my disappointment.”

“I ordered a polo shirt which you said was still available and you accepted payment. Then after a couple of days you emailed me to say it was not available. With the technology available today this should not of happened. Websites should be able to be as accurate as possible. I ordered two pins which I received quickly but I would not of ordered these on their own to pay £4 plus for their postage.”
