“The shop was easy to navigate to find the merchandise I required. I placed an order for the out of stock Clyde and received a clear message of when it would be expected to be back in stock and then despatched. Very pleased.”

“Well packed and glad to see it after such a long wait. I got this as a gift for my son in law who was a volunteer at the games, but who could not gt a mascot at the the time. Pleased with it.”

“just received my clyde exactly when promised, since I first ordered it months ago I have been kept informed of any developments. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service has been excellent from the moment I first placed my order to the moment clyde popped through my door! many thanks”

“Soft toy was purchased in September but, due to high demand I was notified that it would be a December delivery date, this was fine for me. I was given regular updates and the delivery was made when they said it would be, I consider, under the circumstances that I got a really good service. At the same time I purchased a number of pins which were delivered within a few weeks.”

“I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I am not impressed with the service and the time lapse between ordering and have still not received the mascots . I am extremely disappointed as I was hoping to send them to my granddaughters in Australia as part of there Xmas but now to late as I've sent their parcel last week, as any further delay and they would not get them in time”

“Can't comment on rating as still waiting ....Although I have had two emails 5/6 days ago to say parcels on their way neither has arrived . One was to be delivered to a London address the other to a Dundee address!! Can u please advise asap”
