“I purchased items in August but had to wait to delivery in December for 1 item and in December not only are they late in deliver , now I am told one of the items is now out of stock. Which was not when I paid the money for it!”

“Ordered Clyde in August as a pre-order and money was duly taken from my account. Had a few emails to say Clyde would be landing on 1st December. Up to time of writing this email on 7th December the item has still not arrived. I am a bit disappointed that delivery has taken so long hence 2 stars.”

“Was sent an email on 3/12/14 stating order would be with us within 48 hours. It is now the evning of 6/12/14 and as yet no sign. Tracking is no help as it states this order was picked up on 4/12/14 for delivery but as yet undelivered and delivery date says N/A. Very disappointed!”

“I received an email stating my Clyde would be here in 2 working days. No sign- he should have been here by yesterday. The link I was to use to track Clyde was as much use as a chocolate teapot. Hasn't been updated since the 4th. It's now the 6th. I'm normally not too fussed about slightly delayed delivery, but don't use a company who cannot update their tracking pages so I have no idea where my parcel actually is! Here's hoping he's worth the wait!”

“I pre-ordered a Clyde for December 1st delivery. All went well with keeping me informed about where "Clyde" was. On 3rd December I was told delivery in 2 working days. Now December 6th ..... still waiting! Hopefully next week?”
