“You have sent me this email but I have yet to receive my order. It has now been five days since you notified me of its dispatch so I am becoming rather concerned about delivery. Should it not arrive tomorrow I will begin to chase it up.”

“LOVE Glasgow 2014 shop. We are huge "Clyde" fans and have every one made. Recently ordered the kilted ones for Xmas and have been updated regularly. While Games were on we bought lots of different things from the shop (t-shirts, bags etc) and always found it easy to find things and staff super helpful. Big fans!”

“I have been kept up to date with the progress of my order however I received an email 5 days ago (Thursday 5th Dec) saying my delivery had been dispatched and would be with me within 2 working days, so far it has not arrived.”

“Despite item being out of stock, I placed an order knowing it would take a while before my order would be completed. I received messages to keep me informed of the progress and assurances that my item would be sent as soon as it was in stock, I was also informed when item was sent and tracking details. All in all a good service, it was really nice to be kept informed as to the progress of my order. I was very pleased when I received my order at long last!”

“Product late. Which was mentioned it would be a December delivery, but it stated money wouldn't be taken until delivery. This wasn't the case the money was taken when order was placed.”

“I have returned a tee shirt that was labelled extra large but turned out to be more like a child's size. I expect the cost of the tee shirt and the postage to be returned. Even though I supplied an email address, I was called unnecessarily (missed the call) and have heard nothing since.. “Bought back packs and was very happy with them, however there was very little available for small girls who as pink obsessed ( most are!) at time of writing I am still waiting for the Clyde mascots ordered mid August, these to go abroad and time is running out. Disappointed.”
