“The Clyde doll has arrived, as he is for a gift I have not taken the cellophane wrapping off but can see he looks in good condition. I can just hope my friend will fall in love with him real as she did with his picture.”

“From the moment I ordered 'Clyde' I was kept informed about the realistic delivery date. I was then informed that 'Clyde' was on his way and a day later he arrived. He will take pride of place this Xmas. I think the service was 1st class from start to finish”

“Overall good quality and value, although I would have preferred it without the velcro pads on Clyde's hands as I think these will wear out quickly and also contribute to other fabric bobbling. Courier service was poor though, I was told 2 working days from email confirming despatch, it actually took a whole week.”

“The fact that you'd run out of Clydes was understandable, and getting more produced very sensible but the time taken to deliver is poor. I was led to believe these would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas; its now too late to send one to Australia and I can no longer send one to London with my sister (she left today). To cap it all you ask me to review a product before I've actually received it!!”
