“Turned out the item I ordered was not in stock; payment was taken on receipt of order (most unusual); no communication or delivery for 3 weeks; when I chased, order was cancelled. I need to check if I got a refund.”

“I ordered a jacket that was in stock and then informed awaiting stock. When I called 3weeks later for an order status I was told that the "we were going to contact you that the supplier has no stock left". Poor stock management and communication”

“Ordered 3 items from the website... I wait 15 working days for delivery. I then have to contact them to find out where my delivery is, to be told, what was described on the website isn't available (poor stock control management), I email to ask for a different item, then I get fobbed off, saying nothing is available, yet the t shirts are still being advertised. I then get my delivery today for my Fleece which I ordered as well as a rugby shirt and polo shirt, to find out the XXL I ordered is a XS. The reason I ordered was to get a memento of the games, as I couldn't visit the shop because of work commitments, but this is shoddy !!!”

“Ordered 2 t-shirts at the start of August. No sign of them a month later (nor any contact), so I contacted the site. One t-shirt I had ordered was now out of stock, so I cannot get it now. The other t-shirt arrived a couple of days later. Quick response when I queried my order status, but disappointed not to receive a t-shirt in stock when I ordered, as they are now unavailable.”

“T he merchandise took a while to be delivered; it was of very good quality. Clyde was the likely culprit, who would no doubt have been out and about indulging in the local brew (iron) and the teacakes that dance before he crossed the border. A well run service with clear easy user instructions.”

“Very poor customer service, only received 4 out of 7 items ordered. Had to contact shop after approx 4 weeks after placing order as nothing had arrived. Found out then that 3 of the items were out of stock and would not be fulfilled in our order.”

“Terrible customer service,have had to email 5 times to sort out order. 1 item cancelled after 2 weeks of ordering & payment been taken. Have sent 4emails to get it sorted. Very disapointed with customer service”

“Web site was difficult and slow to navigate. you could only purchase one item at a time which incurred £4 postage charge for every item. Items were sold and credit card debited even although the item was out of stock and necessitated a refund which took equally longer. Items ( 3 miniature commemorate whiskey bottles) came in a commemorative box which had an authenticated logo and hologram, however the box was damaged before it was sent out. It was wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap which afforded not protection and put in a plastic bag. it took 14 days to arrive and because of the damage was no use as a collectable item and was returned at further expense. The 2 remaining items were cancelled because they still had not been delivered after 14 days. Very disappointed with the service would not use this company for any future purchases.”

“I ordered two T shirts on the 9th August. I received confirmation of my order and monies were debited to my account. On the 1 September I had not received the goods nor received any communication and sent an email asking about my order. I received an email advising that only I T shirt was available and a refund would be made to my account. I should not have had to send an email about my order I should have been contacted sooner. Poor show - but then its all over and attention to detail has obviously fallen by the wayside.”

“The goods are of excellent quality. However the parcel took a long time to get to me. The confirmation email stated that the items would be despatched in about 5 days if in stock, which mine were, or 14 days if not. After several weeks, I had heard nothing even though the payment had been taken within 3 days. I sent an email enquiring as to the whereabouts of my order and I have to say, I was given a very prompt and full reply explaining that one item was actually out of stock, so communication could have been better, though I appreciate the staff were dealing with a lot of orders from here and abroad.”

“End of range selection so was sent items in colours not reqested, but delivered on time by excellent courier service and gifts were well received.”

“disappointed as you were unable to suppply 2 children's t-shirts I ordered on 2 August. I didn't receive any communication since the ordering until I contacted 3 weeks after the order & money had been taken. really disappointed.”

“Selling off the tee shirts etc at knockdown prices is great. Quality is good and if they had been realistically priced to start with we would have bought loads. Now at £5 a tee shirt they are great value. The baby sleep suits with Clyde are brill.”
