“I was very impressed with the delivery time. Disappointed at the quality of the backpacks, not sure how long they will last. They're being sent to New Zealand as birthday presents for two very sporty children, who I'm sure will be thrilled with them. However, I doubt that they will have them for very long due to the poor quality of the material.”

Dear Frances, I can see that your order placed on 28/02 was dispatched on 05/03, 3 working days after your order was placed. You should have received an order confirmation via email that includes a note to allow 5 working days for dispatch. We will contact you directly to discuss your delivery further. “I ordered a pink children's hoodie for my daughter, arrived however despite label giving size I ordered it clearly was wrongly sized. Communication good re return but disappointed daughter (was Christmas gift) and had to return, refund very slow to be processed. System should be improved!”

“Good that postage was refunded automatically when I returned a faulty item. Careless that said item was sent in the first place. One order took a very, very log time to eventually arrive.”

“Tshirt sizes one size too small ie., I bought a large and medium, but had to send back the medium as it didn't fit my daughter, give her my large and ordered an XL for me which it not the size I normally buy”

“At the time of my purchase there was not a great deal of stock in the shop. Although to date there has been some new lines introduced. There needs to be much more affordable item ,in order that every one can afford to buy something to celebrity of this great occasion in Glasgow. Price ought to start at £1.00.”

“Hi, tee shirt returned because stitching at shoulder seam not caught. Tried calling contact number at weekend and got message that didn't give an appropriate message. Sent email and got quick response advising to send tee shirt back which I could do and I still had the returns slip. Will my £2.50 postage be refunded as it is faulty goods - no mention that I can see as to the policy for this.”

“I wanted to buy Commoneralth merchandise as Christmas presents for all the family but unfortunately the range of stock and availability of sizes (children and adults) was extremely poor at that time. Shame, because we had bought loads of Olympic 2012 and wanted to do same for Commonwealth. Ended up buying non-official bits from elsewhere.”

“Hello, The t shirts are good quality but the sizes are very, very strange. My skinny 12 year old daughter is wearing a ladies small and it is a bit tight. My other daughter who is 13 has a ladies medium which is already too small. We had to return the extra small and the small we originally purchased and the exchange was done very efficiently. Shame the mono block t shirt was out of stock/no longer available”
