“The ordered items arrived really quick after placing the order and are exactly as shown on the website. Little down side is that I never received any emails confirming payment, shipping etc. I also could not have a different delivery address to the billing address which is a little bit inconvenient.”

“My order was was sent out promptly. I ordered the childs wool kilt which I was extremely disappointed with even though it was made by House of Edgar, a reputable cloth merchant. It was the thinest wool weave imaginable, and at £60 completely overpriced. The kilt itself was slightly too small which gave me good reason to send back. The employee I spoke to regarding my return was extremely nice. Full marks to Glasgow 2014 for customer service however the product looked cheap as the cloth was so thin hence a poor rating for goods.”

“Product of good quality. (3caps) the day I brought them on line the card payment was faulty. Ended up having to ring shop office to clarify the payment and order had been made successfully. No e mail confirmation. Staff member helpful. Goods arrived on time. Tracking process good. Pulse sell something with Wales on it !!!”

“regretfully we had to curtail our order as the goods we required were limited in size especially the T shirts , otherwise fairly efficient.”

“Simple process ordering as you would expect from an online shop. Order placed on Wednesday. Email containing shipping tracking information sent out on the Thursday. Following the tracking it appears my order was picked up on the Friday and they tried to deliver to a closed office Saturday so will re-deliver on Monday. I would have preferred a cheaper shipping option even if it were to take longer. £4.50 shipping charge when I have spent just over £100 is a bit cheeky.”

Thanks for your review Edward. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any discount on delivery prices when placing a large order. As noted in our terms and conditions 'There is a standard charge of £4.50 per order which will be added to the basket at checkout unless your item/s weigh under 50g then the charge shall be £1.50'. “Bought some t-shirts and have to say the sizing is awful . They are very small made . I bought size x-large as I'm size 18 and they are more a size 14-16 .”

“I received my Commonwealth Games ticket and a voucher as well which entitles me for a £5 discount if my spend is at least £30. I wanted to buy something anyway, so selected two articles with the worth over £30, entered the code, got the discount calculated, however, when I got to the stage where I enter my credit card details, the discount was gone. I tried this twice with the same results, so gave it up (hopefully this has been fixed since then), but later returned and bought a nice t-shirt which I have received and like it a lot - a nice memorabilia! Looking forward to the Games :)”

“My wee boy is 5 and loves Clyde and is very excited about the Commonwealth Games. I ordered a t shirt aged 5-6 years and that fits with a little room to spare. I ordered a skip cap which I think is very good quality and my wee boy has been wearing it since it arrived, I ordered the bigger size and it fits my wee boy snugly. I ordered a blue rucksack which is bright and colourful but is made from what feels like something similar to crepe paper and so I don't expect that to last too long which is disappointing considering the price of it. Finally I ordered a small Clyde toy and wish I had ordered the bigger one but again a wee bit expensive for what it is. Overall, I think everything is a little bit expensive but then I recognise that the Games need to be paid for and this will help. Communication, delivery and packaging were all very good. My wee boy is delighted with it all and this is a unique event which will hopefully bring a bit of cheer to us all this Summer, so am glad I made the purchase.”

“The order arrived very quickly which was good. I ordered two ladies' polo shirts. One Large and one Extra Large. (I am usually Medium). The Extra Large was only just big enough for me and consequently I have returned the Large one and asked for a refund. The Extra Large one was for someone else who now thinks the EX EX large will be too small based on the size of the other ones. This is a disappointment to us both. I sent an email about this problem and had a very prompt reply which was good.”

“The ordering procedure is ok until you come to the page where all details are put in. Then you can not get past this page as it keeps going back when you press the next box proceed or something like that. The reason I discovered was because I did not fill in phone numbers etc. The reason I left these blank was because I did not want any sales calls etc. However the site did NOT TELL ME THAT THEY WERE COMPULSORY! I ended up twice placing an order by phone which was a lot easier. If the site had told me that that was the reason I could not proceed and confirm my order then I would have complied (albeit it with false numbers but would have saved two phone calls and a lot of frustration. However this has confirmed what I have always said "Computer logic, as practised by programmers is Not common sense logic!" I do not think I am far wrong with that ha ha ha. William MacDonald”

“The items I ordered came very quickly, but I need to return the polo shirt as it is far too small. I normally have a medium and this is what I ordered but this does not correspond to my size in other polo's I have. Perhaps on the order you could say what size the medium is for, and also the other sizes. Thank you”

“I ordered 4 T-shirts as gifts. 3 arrived in perfect condition and I was really happy with them. 1 was soiled and I had to send it back. When I finally got through to the helpline (after trying on 3 different days) they were very helpful. When my replacement for my stripy polo shirt arrived it was frustrating to find a self coloured round neck T-shirt! It wasn't even close to the order! Looking on the bright side I now knew the drill for sending it back and didn't waste time or money on the phone. I now have what I originally ordered but it was frustrating to have to get to a post office twice to organise. I hope I was just unlucky!!?”

“The sizing for the t-shirt and polo shirt I bought was very tight. I am a 34in chest but a medium size was too small. The exchange worked well but it cost £3.60 to send the shirt back so I would not buy from your web-site again.”

“It wasn't easy to pick up 'Commonwealth Games' branded t-shirts for men and women because the dropdown box wanted you to choose Team England or Team Scotland and I just wanted t-shirts branded with no particular team. But the t-shirts appear to be of good quality so I am happy with my choice.”
