“The technician was very professional, polite and friendly. He explained exactly how long the job was going to take and was spotlessly clean. You wouldn't have known he had been there after he left. The only slight niggle was the earliest appointment was 10 days after I made the claim, but I didn't really need to use the car much for that period so it wasn't a huge inconvenience. But he arrived early on the day booked, took great care in fitting the screen, made sure the wipers etc were working before he left and left me with clear instructions on aftercare regarding how long before I could drive the car and using equipment like a pressure washer to clean it. Overall very impressed.”
