Online their is no facility to make payment for extra payment for instance if you have to return and then purchase a more expensive frame, other than give your bank details over the phone (which I dont like to do). Why is their no function that allows any amounts outstanding to be paid online or Glasses Direct bank sort code and account number especially as you provide an order number ?

Stuart Hare you’ve had my order since paid £133 pounds and never heard any thing disgusting service I would like my money back and cancelled the order had order since June 2020

Please advise how I start a complaint. I put in an order but you rejected my prescription. I assumed that the order would not go through and obtained the product I needed elsewhere. I now find that you have charged me despite rejecting my order. I see this as unprofessional. Please refund immediately or advise me as to your complaints procedure. I will take this to court if necessary

Purchased a new set of glasses for approximately £200 on Sunday this week. Monday received an Email to say that they were having a problem with the payment. Never had a problem before ,they are asking for utility Invoices and a copy of my passport, never been previously asked for this before either. Is this a scam. They will not answer the phone for the last two days . Who do I report this to as I am very worried .
