The whole process was a great experience, from browsing the website, to purchase (and getting a follow up call the next day to ensure I realised it was a pre-order), right through to delivery (the delivery guy was great and right on time).”

“I love my philippe starck black ghost chair. It’s so beautiful and shiny and goes with the red one already have. I had to wait a few weeks for it to come in (which I knew) but communication with Glicks was always prompt, informative and friendly. I would definitely shop there again.”

“Glicks furniture store was really fabulous to deal with. I purchased online and was kept updated constantly until the furniture arrived at my address interstate. The office girls were very helpful and courteous. I have had some atrocious experiences purchasing online, however am very happy to say that this company has restored my faith with their exemplary service and quality products. Highly recommend.”

“We visited Glick's Alexandria store on Sunday 29th May and purchased a Noguchi Table, Alassio Corner Sofa and a beautiful Aria Buffet -Sideboard. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Terry provided warm, personable customer service with impeccable product knowledge and had an awesome sense of humour which made the whole experience good fun. There was a slight delay with the delivery due to a broken-down van, but Terry resolved the situation immediately and was able to reschedule a new van and driver on the same day in the knowledge that my friend had taken the day off work especially to accept the delivery. Thank you so much to the Glicks Alexandria team and Terry for your impeccable attention to detail and customer-centric attitude. 5 STARS. Thank you Phillip H”

“I live in Sippy Downs, Queensland & I had the pleasure of speaking with Jillian about my purchase of a foot stool. It was a surprise for my husband for his birthday& needed it to be kept quiet. She was so helpful & when I rang her to see approx date it was to be delivered she went out of her way to help. It is a pleasure to get this type of service over the phone.
