“The customer service is of a very high standard, Larissa was extremely helpful & personable on the phone. Ordering was done online. All products ordered met our expectations & look fabulous. The desk required putting together but was easy to do. Delivery was fast. Highly recommended.”

“I recently purchased 2 office chairs and had them shipped to me. Unfortunately when they arrived they were not suitable for my partner so we had to return them. The service we received from Giora and Terry was fantastic! Delivery and pick up was prompt and communication was excellent, with nothing being too much trouble. I found Glicks very easy to deal with and so nice to talk with the actual people in the store. I wouldn't hesitate in purchasing from them in the future.”

“We had bought 2 high chairs and other furniture . We required 4 more high chairs which were not carried any more by Glicks . They found the chairs and sold them to us at cost price . Very generous . Thank you .”

“I recently had such a positive experience experience shopping for new dining chairs from Glicks. I live in Newcastle and received fantastic phone support from Rhys who patiently, cheerfully and professionally answered my questions about the product and then called me back, like he said he would, with dimensions and a quote for freight. I ordered the chairs on Monday around lunchtime and was pleasantly surprised to receive them the next day. Really outstanding service! AND saved me a trip to Sydney. Thanks again Rhys, you are great at your job :)”

“The owner of Glicks delightfully and unexpectedly contacted us regarding the $160 delivery charge which we mentioned in our recent Glicks review. He explained how it came about and has rectified the anomaly in their system. He also credited us $75. We are very impressed with the promptness and willingness to make things right- we will be back for sure as Glicks has a unique selection of interesting items.”
