“Very weak plastic, they arrived with a few teeth broken off. I don’t think they would withstand much use as they are quite fragile. I have thick hair and need something much stronger.”

“The comb was embedded right into the fascinator giving no flexibility to put the comb into my hair. When I tried to slightly move the comb to push it through my hair it broke away from the fascinator. So the fascinator had to be pinned to my hair with hair pins. I have used the website before but this time I'm very disappointed.”

“The service and delivery were good. Communication too. Only reason I could not give 5* was that the stitching on both Hairbands after using only once came open on the joint up to halfway. I had to stitch up myself!”

“While the delivery of the order was very prompt, the packaging of the three items was very poor. The bottom of a very small box was lined with polystyrene chips and the three items we squashed on top. Of the three items ordered only one arrived in a usable condition. The pink rose was flattened beyond salvage, and the navy fascinator which i had hoped to wear for my son's wedding, was too bent to wear. Since the order was from outside the uk and the items were to be in the box for a few days during overseas delivery, more care should have definitely have been taken in the packaging. A disappointing first, and last order.”
