“Not the best quality but you get what you pay for. I bought a selection of hair accessories as I was trying styles out so the price suited me but if you want good quality pay more.”

“Both items broke within two weeks. They are made of very poor plastic. Would not recommend buying them. Ordering and delivery were good.”

“The flower was the perfect decoration for my hair as we were invited to see Strictly Dancing at the 02. It arrived in good time even though it was a last minute idea. One of the petals was squashed the wrong way in the packaging and I could not get it to spread out properly. My hairdressers put it in my hair and secured it with 3 clips. It mostly looked smart with it matching my top, but the bent petal did spoil it.”

“It is hard to leave feedback for a product that I did not use..... The item arrived 3 days after the event it was needed for. Still sealed and in the box as it arrived.... Will probably return”

This order was sent to USA and was delivered within 2 weeks. Royal Mail advise us that items sent to USA take on average 10 working days (2 weeks) for delivery. However, this is not a guaranteed timescale and sometimes items can get delayed within the customs process. If you are ordering items to be delivered overseas, please do allow plenty of time for delivery, as sometimes it can take a little bit longer for parcels to work through the postal system.
