“Yes they were very helpful. However when a course is purchased. An introductory email would of been useful. To explain to the buyer. Who is running the course and how it will be run.”

“I found it really difficult to understand how to book the exam and there are no clear instructions on the website. However, Kane was really helpful and replied quickly with a link for the booking”
