“The course was informative and I learned a lot. The only problem I faced is some units were only in video form and it does not suit me as a learner who prefers text. The customer support staff David Kingsley was very helpful as well in getting my certificate.”

“Very happy with the speed in which my ITIL 4 exam voucher was delivered by David Kingsley, the next day, instead of the standard 48hr timescale. This meant I was able to register and book my exam with PeopleCert prior to the weekend and complete it as soon as possible. Great service and excellent value.”
